We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare in a dynamic clinical setting.
Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop individualized care plans across diverse medical disciplines. Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, dermatology issues, reproductive health, and mental health. Utilize EHR systems for documentation, order entry, and care coordination. Provide patient education and coordinate specialist referrals when needed. Participate in telehealth services to expand access to care. Perform procedures like suturing, catheterization, and wound care. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards. Handle complex cases involving ventilators or post-operative recovery. Pay ranges from $75.00 to $80.00/hour with flexible, part-time hours (8-16/week).
