Seeking a social-justice oriented Family Physician to provide direct patient care, develop clinical programs, and contribute to quality improvement efforts in a community-focused health center in Marin City.
Work closely with leadership, specialists, and care teams to deliver high-quality family medicine services.Engage in population health management, care-team development, and system improvements.Provide health education, counseling, and follow-up to diverse patient populations, emphasizing vulnerable communities.Qualifications include CA Medical License, Board Certification Eligibility, experience in community health, and strong communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus.Full-time or part-time roles with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement, with a schedule Monday to Friday, no nights.Requires reliable commute or relocation to Sausalito, CA, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
