Family Practice Provider

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive primary care in a dynamic setting, with the opportunity to take over the practice in a year.

Provide preventive care, diagnose illnesses, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate treatment plans for patients of all ages.

Conduct physical exams, develop treatment plans, and perform procedures such as injections and immunizations.

Manage urgent care cases, triage emergencies, and stabilize critically ill patients.

Utilize EMR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation.

Coordinate referrals to specialists and engage in patient education and health coaching.

Participate in clinical research to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements: Valid medical license, certification in family or internal medicine, experience with EMR systems, strong clinical skills, and excellent patient care abilities.
