Family Practice Provider

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive primary care in a dynamic setting, with plans to take over the practice within a year.

Provide patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices.

Administer injections, including immunizations and botulinum toxin treatments, following safety protocols.

Handle urgent care cases, triage emergencies, and stabilize critically ill patients.

Utilize EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation.

Coordinate referrals to specialists and engage in patient education to promote health and preventive care.

Participate in clinical research when applicable.

Requirements: Valid medical license, family or internal medicine certification (board certification preferred), experience with EMR systems, proficiency in procedures and coding, excellent communication skills, and ability to perform triage effectively.
