Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive primary care in a dynamic setting, with the opportunity to take over the practice in a year.

  • Provide preventive care, diagnose illnesses, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate treatment plans across all ages.
  • Perform physical exams, develop treatment strategies, and administer injections, including immunizations.
  • Handle urgent care cases, manage emergencies, and utilize EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks for documentation.
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists and engage in patient education and health coaching.
  • Participate in clinical research when applicable.

    Requirements include a valid medical license, family or internal medicine certification, EMR experience, and strong patient care skills.
