Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Family Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive primary care in a dynamic environment, with the opportunity to take over the practice in a year.
Provide preventive care, diagnose illnesses, manage chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans for patients of all ages. Perform physical exams, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations. Administer injections, including immunizations and botulinum toxin treatments. Manage urgent cases, including acute pain, emergencies, and stabilization of critically ill patients. Utilize EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks for documentation. Coordinate referrals with specialists and participate in patient education and health coaching. Engage in clinical research when applicable. Requirements include a valid medical license, certification in family or internal medicine, EMR experience, and strong patient care skills.
