Job Description

The Family Preservation Therapist provides brief, intensive in-home therapeutic services to families referred by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, focusing on assessment, treatment planning, execution, and discharge planning.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with DHHS and Skillbuilder to help families develop healthier habits, relationships, and lifestyles, with other duties as assigned. Starting pay ranges from $40-$60/hour, plus drive time, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must be a LMHP, PLMHP, or Master’s intern within one semester of graduation
• Reliable personal vehicle, with drive time and mileage reimbursement
• Own cell phone and internet access, plus use of GLFS systems
• Strong communication and timeliness are essential
