As a Family Preservation Therapist, you will provide in-home therapeutic services to families referred by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. Your responsibilities include intake assessments, treatment planning, implementation, discharge, and aftercare planning. You will collaborate with state agencies and community partners to help families develop healthier habits and relationships.

Starting pay ranges from $40-$60/hour, with drive time paid at $30/hour, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities up to $5,000 within the first 9 months. Requirements include being a LMHP, PLMHP, or Master’s intern within one semester of graduation, reliable personal vehicle, cell phone, internet, and access to GLFS systems.
