Family Preservation Therapist GLFS

Job Description

The Family Preservation Therapist provides brief, intensive in-home therapeutic services to families referred by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. Responsibilities include

• Intake assessments,
• Treatment planning and implementation,
• Discharge and aftercare planning,
• Collaborating with DHHS and Skillbuilder to promote healthier family habits and relationships.

Starting pay ranges from $40-$60/hour plus
• Drive time at $30/hour,
• Mileage reimbursement,
• Bonus opportunities up to $5,000 within 9 months.
