Seeking a hand surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site patient care in a flexible, part-time role. The position involves treating patients during a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift, focusing on medically complex cases, injury management, and facilitating return to work and functional recovery. Collaboration with medical and therapy teams is essential, along with communication with employers and active case management.

Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in the practice state, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Hand Surgery. Candidates must carry medical malpractice insurance. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
