Interventional Cardiologist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist for weekend coverage (1:4) at a leading cardiovascular practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide weekend call and procedural coverage (typically Friday evening to Sunday).
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
• Evaluate and manage acute cardiac patients in inpatient and procedural settings.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Accurately document clinical activities per standards.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
• Active, unrestricted Texas medical license.
• Hospital privileges or eligibility for credentialing.
• 2–5 years of interventional cardiology experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and procedural skills.

Details:

• Contract position with competitive daily pay ($1,000–$1,500).
• Flexible weekend schedule, in person work in New Braunfels, TX, with relocation required before start.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% preferred.
