Are you an experienced Dental Nurse ready for a leadership role? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Lead Dental Nurse at our friendly Hastings practice.

As Lead Nurse, you’ll balance leadership and hands-on nursing, ensuring high clinical standards, supporting, mentoring, and training trainees, managing stock, and overseeing infection control protocols.

No prior lead experience? Full training and support are provided. You’ll work alongside skilled NHS and Private dental professionals, expanding your clinical knowledge.

Key duties involve delivering excellent patient care, leading the clinical team, maintaining compliance, and contributing to team meetings.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:45am – 5:15pm, with a competitive salary starting from £29,835/year. Immediate start available. Must have at least 2 years of dental assisting experience, 1 year of dental nursing, and valid GDC registration.
