Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dental Nurse for a Lead role at our friendly practice in Hastings.

As Lead Dental Nurse, you will

  • oversee infection control compliance
  • support and train trainee nurses
  • manage stock and audits
  • work chairside doing clinical nursing
  • lead the team to maintain high standards
  • support patient care and team development
  • ensure GDPR compliance

    • No prior lead experience is required as full training is provided. You will work alongside skilled NHS and private clinicians, gaining diverse clinical exposure.

The role offers a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary from £29,835 per year. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:45am – 5:15pm. Applicants must have at least 2 years’ dental assisting experience, 1 year of dental nursing preferred, and valid GDC registration. The role requires reliable commuting or relocation to Hastings.
