Job Description

This full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) position offers a $15,000 signing bonus and is located in East Grand Forks, MN.

Salary Range: $60,008-$75,728 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Screening clients and applying Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension
• Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse norms and values
• Assisting with client funding, authorization, and communication with payers
• Attending staff meetings and supporting client care processes
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members from varied backgrounds

Requirements:

• Active MN LADC license
• Ongoing cultural awareness training
• Computer literacy and ability to pass DHS background check
