Job Description

We are seeking compassionate bilingual (English/Haitian Creole) clinicians to provide mental health services in Norwich, CT.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver counseling using various therapeutic modalities.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively to ensure client safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and engage families for support and education.

    • Qualifications include fluency in Haitian Creole, relevant licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, etc.), and insurance paneling eligibility. A passion for helping others and ongoing professional growth are essential. Financial incentives are available after six months of service. The role is in person in Norwich, CT.
