Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed LCSW to join our rural integrated healthcare team.

Our facility combines a physician clinic and a 25-bed critical access hospital, providing comprehensive services such as medical care, hospice, emergency, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy.

Minimum qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, current Montana licensure or ability to obtain, mental health certification, and at least 2 years of LCSW experience.

This full-time role offers day shifts, Monday to Friday, with benefits including an employee assistance program.

Work is in person, and candidates must hold an active Licensed Certified Social Worker license.
