Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department, collaborating with RHC providers to deliver essential services to the community.
Requires a Degree in Clinical Social Work and a current Texas LCSW license.
Preferred experience includes clinical assessments, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and Trauma Informed Care.
Must understand regulations, excel in clinical documentation, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities include providing individual therapy, developing treatment plans, ensuring compliance, and coordinating patient care and outcomes.
Engages in team communication, maintains ethical standards, and supports patient dignity.
