Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead our mental health team, providing oversight, mentorship, and ensuring quality care.

  • Provide supervision to clinicians, support professional growth, and ensure ethical compliance.
  • Conduct case reviews, facilitate training on trauma-informed care, psychopharmacology, and motivational interviewing.
  • Ensure documentation meets organizational, licensing, and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvements.
  • Stay current on Medication Assisted Treatment and cooccurring disorder best practices.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.

    • Qualifications include active licensure (LCSW, LMHP), at least three years of clinical experience, expertise in therapeutic modalities, and knowledge of MAT regulations. Leadership skills and experience in cooccurring treatment are essential.

    This full-time role offers a salary of $60,000-$70,000, with benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

    Work is conducted in person.
