Job Description

We are seeking a _Licensed Clinical Therapist_ to join our Therapy Team at a youth crisis center.

Our therapists develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adolescent students, focusing on trauma-informed care to help them build coping skills, confidence, and resilience. Responsibilities include providing individual, family, and group therapy, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, completing treatment documentation, and supporting students’ progress and discharge planning.

Qualifications include a current license (e.g., Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, MFT), experience in mental health and family treatment, and fluency in English/Spanish preferred.
