Job Description

Seeking a Assistant Clinical Director for a licensed residential treatment center serving adolescent girls aged 12–17.

Support daily clinical operations ensuring compliance with Utah DHHS licensing, accreditation standards, and trauma-informed practices.

Assist in developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, ensuring clinical quality and regulatory adherence.

Supervise clinical staff, monitor performance, and participate in staff training and competency assessments.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support safety initiatives.

Maintain documentation standards and prepare for licensing visits and audits.

Qualifications: Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field; current Utah license or license-eligible; minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred; strong leadership and compliance knowledge.
