We seek Licensed Clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LISW) to provide autonomous, patient-centered mental health services to residents in skilled nursing facilities, functioning similarly to private practice without administrative burdens.

    • Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, provide psychotherapy, and support residents’ mental health needs
  • Manage caseload, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Work within a 40-hour work week, primarily on-site

    • Requirements:

  • Master’s degree and valid LCSW/LMFT/LPC license in the applicable state
  • At least two years of counseling experience and healthcare facility knowledge
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for working with older adults
