Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Student Counselor to join our mental health team, providing individual and group counseling, crisis support, and outreach services to students.

  • Conduct initial assessments, provide diagnosis and treatment, and offer referrals.
  • Deliver brief counseling, supervise clinicians, and participate in clinical consultation and staff meetings.
  • Engage in campus outreach, psychoeducation, and after-hours services, with some work after 5 p.m.
  • Maintain confidential records and complete documentation accurately.
  • Dedicate 5% of time to professional development and licensure requirements.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s degree and a mental health license in Nebraska. Salary ranges from $49,462 to $61,827 annually, with benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Work is conducted in person.
