Job Description
This full-time therapist position provides evidence-based mental health services to post-9/11 Veterans, active-duty service members, Reservists, National Guard members, and their families.
Responsibilities include conducting screenings, assessments, and delivering individual, couples, and family therapy within a short-term (8-12 sessions) framework. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, attend supervision and administrative meetings, and ensure quality patient care. Requires a Master’s in social work, licensure (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or Psychologist in Kansas), and at least three years of clinical experience, including working with veterans and knowledge of DSM-V and PTSD treatments. Proficiency in evidence-based practices like CBT, CPT, or PE is preferred. Experience working with military populations and diverse modalities is advantageous.
