Licensed Therapist position in Hickory Recovery Network’s clinical department, reporting to the Clinical Director.
Full-time, on-site role focused on treating adolescents with behavioral health and addiction issues. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, participate in multidisciplinary treatment, and develop discharge plans. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current Texas licensure, at least 2 years of behavioral healthcare experience, and knowledge of best practices in behavioral medicine. Experience with adolescent residential treatment and MAT preferred. Responsibilities encompass client engagement within 24 hours, documentation, leading groups, completing assessments, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
