This licensed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program offers individual, group, and family therapy within a supportive, strengths-based environment. The program provides trauma-responsive, individualized care in a normalized high school setting.

Pay starts at $90,000/year, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 403b match, paid time off, and on-site housing options.

Responsibilities include providing therapy, conducting assessments, case management, documenting progress, and crisis intervention as needed. Requirements include a California license (LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT), at least 21 years old, and passing background checks.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break.
