LPN Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an outgoing and motivated LPN Support Specialist to support clients and caregivers in the Pierre area.

Provide training, resources, and mentorship to caregivers while ensuring high-quality in-home care.

Coordinate caregiver-client schedules for optimal compatibility.

Fill shifts during emergencies, conduct supervisory visits, and perform limited nursing support.

Assist with administrative tasks like care plan updates and record maintenance.

Support human resources activities including hiring and onboarding.

Build relationships with clients, families, and community partners.

Participate in rotating on-call duties and travel as needed to nearby locations.

Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), 2+ years caregiving/CNA experience (preferred), 1+ year healthcare administration experience (preferred), valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and physical ability to perform duties.
