Job Description
We are seeking an outgoing and motivated LPN Support Specialist to support clients and caregivers in the Pierre area.
Provide training, resources, and mentorship to caregivers while ensuring high-quality in-home care. Coordinate schedules, matching caregivers with clients based on needs and preferences. Assist with emergency shifts, caregiver training, supervisory visits, and some nursing support. Support administrative tasks such as care plan updates, record maintenance, and installing emergency systems. Help with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing caregiver mentorship. Build relationships with clients, families, and community partners. Participate in on-call support rotating evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel to support clients and caregivers as needed. Requirements include an active LPN license, 2+ years caregiving or CNA experience, 1+ year healthcare administration experience (preferred), and reliable transportation.
