Job Description
We are seeking a Master’s Level Therapist for our K-8 School-based Education Program in Upper St. Clair, PA.
Provide behavioral health assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and support positive, strength-based strategies for students. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and offer clinical guidance to school staff to enhance student success. Maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing communication and team efforts. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, three years of child/adolescent behavioral health experience, and licensure eligibility preferred. Clearances, a PA driver’s license, and experience with school-based programs are required. The position offers a 10-month schedule with summer pay, benefits such as health insurance, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, free licensure supervision, and a $2,500 hiring bonus.
