The Staff Physician provides primary care in a community clinic setting, diagnosing, treating, and managing patient health within licensure scope.

Responsibilities include ordering follow-up care, supervising mid-level practitioners, documenting medical records accurately, and participating in on-call duties.

They contribute to team efforts through peer reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and referral coordination.

Requirements include a valid California Physician License, current CPR/BLS certification, and preferably bilingual skills.

The role demands physical ability to perform clinical tasks, excellent communication skills, and adherence to organizational mission.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $265,000 to $300,000 annually, with in-person work expected.
