Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician for an expanding health center in Scotia, CA. The ideal candidate is self-directed, team-oriented, with excellent communication and computer skills, and holds a CA medical license (MD/DO).

  • Provide primary care across all ages, including diagnosis, testing, interpretation, and treatment.
  • Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, and wound management.
  • Educate and counsel patients on health, wellness, and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement patient management plans to ensure continuity of care.
  • Supervise mid-level practitioners and may travel to multiple locations.
