Seeking a Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program to provide therapeutic and psychological services to offenders.
Essential duties include conducting screenings, developing treatment and education plans, ensuring program quality, facilitating group and individual counseling, and assisting with after-care planning. The role involves maintaining documentation, participating in staff training, and collaborating on program evaluation and policy development.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology/Counseling, five years of relevant experience, current Montana licensure (LSW or LCPC), and strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred experience encompasses work with offenders, correctional environments, and familiarity with therapeutic models like MRT and cognitive behavioral therapies.
Position is full-time, $25-$30/hr, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development. Requires relocation to Lewistown, MT, and involves working five 8-hour shifts with occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.
