Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and self-motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing group practice.

Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual therapy to diverse populations, including children and families.

Utilize evidence-based techniques such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention.

Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and coordinate care with other professionals.

Offer remote telehealth sessions when needed and potential onsite therapy at local nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Requirements: Valid licensure (PLMHP, LMHP, LCSW, LIMHP, or LISCW), crisis management skills, outpatient experience, and cultural competence.

Position: Full-time or part-time, 1099 contractor with flexible scheduling.

Note: Grief & Gratitude Counseling is relocating to a larger space in the Hastings Theatre District this winter.
