Job Description

Join us as an MRCVS Veterinarian in Northern Ireland, earning £52,970 plus a company car/car allowance and relocation support.

As a Field Veterinary Officer, you’ll lead disease control, animal welfare, and trade facilitation efforts.

Primarily office-based with administrative tasks related to animal health and compliance.

Conduct farm visits and inspections.

Manage disease control programmes for various diseases.

Ensure animal welfare and traceability compliance through inspections and enforcement.

Support export certification and trade facilitation.

Provide veterinary expertise across species like pigs, sheep, and aquatics.

Contribute to policy development in disease surveillance, antimicrobial resistance, and trade.

Essential requirements include an MRCVS qualification (or eligibility), 1+ years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a driving license.
