The Nurse Manager, under the Nurse Director’s guidance, oversees all unit functions, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.

Coordinates staffing, admissions, and surge plans based on census, acuity, and service needs.

Provides leadership in resource management, service excellence, and team development, supporting staff growth and professionalism.

Manages problem-solving, regulatory compliance, and financial resources to optimize unit performance.

Fosters a positive environment aligned with ICARE values, promotes staff engagement, and ensures a culture of ‘yes’ for patient and physician needs.

Requires at least 3 years of clinical experience, a current RN license, and a bachelor’s degree preferred. Leadership experience is advantageous.
