The Nurse Manager oversees unit operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency under the Nurse Director’s guidance.

  • Coordinates staffing, admissions, and surge plans, collaborating with key leaders to adapt to census and service changes.
  • Supports staff development through onboarding, certifications, and ongoing education, fostering a professional and positive environment.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance, manages resources effectively, and promotes service excellence aligned with organizational values.
  • Addresses issues, participates in strategic planning, and maintains staff engagement and teamwork.
  • Requires at least 3 years of clinical experience, RN licensure, an associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), and leadership skills. Full-time, varies schedule at a healthcare facility in Weston, WV.
