We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Columbus, IN, to deliver specialized care in hormone therapy, weight management, and athletic recovery.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and manage personalized treatment plans, and educate patients on therapies and lifestyle changes.
Administer injections/IV therapy, monitor progress, and adjust treatments accordingly.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure cohesive, high-quality patient care and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications include an Indiana NP license, experience in hormone or wellness treatments preferred, strong communication skills, and a passion for patient wellness.
