Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Wound Care

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile wound care team in southern Illinois.

Provide on-site assessments, debridements, and treatment across various care settings.

Collaborate with physicians, staff, and caregivers to develop care plans.

Document visits accurately in EMR systems and monitor patient progress.

Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.

Ensure compliance with regulations and stay current with wound care advancements.

Qualifications include active Illinois NP license, preferably Missouri licensure, and relevant certification. Wound care experience is preferred but training is available. The role offers a competitive salary, benefits, PTO, and flexible schedule.
