Job Description
Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 1 year of experience for a mobile wound care role in Charlottesville, VA.
Provide on-site wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in various settings.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and education.
Utilize EMR systems for documentation and participate in care planning to reduce rehospitalizations.
Work autonomously within a supportive team, often with a partner, and have access to a company car and some travel in a company plane.
Flexible full-time or part-time schedule, typically ending by 5:00 pm, with no after-hours work.
Qualifications include VA licensure, strong clinical skills, and good communication; home health experience is a plus.
