Make a real difference in the lives of patients living with chronic pain by providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a patient-centered setting.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Boise team, offering comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients with persistent pain.

  • Perform clinical evaluations, prescribe medications and therapies in compliance with regulations
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options
  • Provide ongoing support and empathetic guidance
  • Receive training in peripheral musculoskeletal injections

    • Ideal candidates will have an Idaho license, a Master’s degree, strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a compassionate approach. Pain management experience is a plus.
