We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients with persistent pain.

In this role, you will perform assessments, diagnose, prescribe treatments, develop personalized care plans, and educate patients. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and receive training in peripheral musculoskeletal injections.

Candidates must hold an Idaho license, have a Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies, and possess strong clinical and communication skills. Experience in pain management is a plus.
