Join our team as a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in La Junta, CO, working in-person Monday through Thursday.

We are a patient-centered practice dedicated to providing high-quality primary care and pain management, fostering meaningful relationships with patients and the community.

Conduct physical exams and health assessments

Diagnose and treat medical conditions

Order and interpret tests, develop treatment plans

Prescribe medications and educate patients

Coordinate care and stay current with medical research

Qualifications include an active Colorado license, 2-4 years clinical experience, and strong communication skills.
