Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management clinic with multiple locations.

About the role:

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and develop care plans
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
• Document patient care thoroughly in medical records
• Deliver medical care according to accepted standards
• Collaborate with team members and coordinate patient referrals as needed

Qualifications:

• Current applicable state license and national certification
• DEA license or ability to obtain one
• Basic Life Support certification

Full-time position offering $125,000-$150,000 annually. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Sutherlin, OR before starting. The role involves in-person patient care within a supportive team setting.
