Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our La Junta clinic, offering an in-person role with a Monday through Thursday schedule.

  • Provide comprehensive primary care and pain management services, including physical exams, diagnosing, treating conditions, ordering tests, and developing treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications, document in electronic health records, and educate patients and families.
  • Coordinate care with specialists and stay current with medical research.

    • Qualifications include an accredited program graduate, active Colorado license, 2-4 years of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
