Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Director with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), and Virginia Beach.

  • Provide advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in patients’ homes and care facilities.
  • Perform bedside procedures such as debridement, dressing changes, and wound evaluations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and education on wound management.
  • Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.
  • Qualifications include Virginia licensure, clinical assessment skills, and reliable transportation. Wound care experience is preferred but training is available.
