Join our team as an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner in the Sterling/Morrison, IL area.
Part-time position offering $50/hour with flexible hours (8-40/week). Work in a day shift, in-person environment, collaborating with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans. Provide patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments based on evidence-based guidelines, while maintaining accurate medical records. Requirements: Certified Nurse Practitioner, with preferred 2 years’ experience in Skilled Nursing facilities, and strong organizational and communication skills.
