We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist/Laborist to provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecological care in a hospital setting.
Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, assist with C-sections, and round on hospitalized patients. Manage ER and inpatient OB/GYN cases, including triage and emergency consultations. Utilize EHR systems effectively and support discharge planning. Provide patient and family education on treatment options. Cover OB/GYN ER call shifts and manage obstetric patients. Qualifications: MD or DO, licensed in California, with DEA certification. At least 3 years of OB/GYN experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Critical care experience and proficiency in EHR systems advantageous. This part-time, contract role offers $172,800-$244,800 annually, with 24 hours/week in person, providing an opportunity to impact patient outcomes in a supportive environment.
