Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team supporting adults with neurological conditions through assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.

  • Manage a caseload, delivering evidence-based interventions and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and supervise support staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to service development, and manage clinical risks.
  • Engage in professional development and ensure care plans are regularly reviewed.

  • Essential qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and strong communication skills. Experience in neurorehabilitation is desirable.

    Part-time, permanent role (24 hours/week) with benefits such as pension, free parking, discounts, and on-site amenities. Work involves both in-person and team collaboration to support residents’ independence and personal progression.
