Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our specialist neurological care team.
Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will support residents through evidence-based interventions, assessments, and personalized treatment plans to maximise independence and promote personal growth.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, supervising support staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Applicants should have a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, strong communication skills, and a person-centred, proactive approach. Experience in neurorehabilitation and supervising staff is desirable.
