Job Description
This role is for a motivated and compassionate *Occupational Therapist* supporting adults with neurological conditions through specialist rehabilitation.
Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will manage a caseload, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities include supervising Therapy Assistants, maintaining documentation, contributing to service development, and managing clinical risks.
Requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, strong communication skills, and a person-centred approach.
Desirable experience includes neurorehabilitation and outcome measures.
