Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team supporting adults with neurological conditions through specialist rehabilitation.
Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will manage a caseload, deliver evidence-based interventions, conduct assessments, develop personalized plans, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include supervising support staff, maintaining accurate documentation, contributing to service improvements, and managing clinical risks.
Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, HCPC registration, strong communication skills, and a proactive, person-centred approach.
Desirable experience includes neurorehabilitation and outcome measurement.
